About Us
Heritage Family Builders is a fully licensed and insured Florida building contractor based in Dover, delivering high-quality residential and commercial construction, remodeling, and exterior improvements. Timothy Walker
The owner
Tim, the owner of Heritage Family Builders began his construction career in 2004 as a Project Manager for a commercial construction company, where he gained valuable experience in project coordination, budgeting, and execution. In 2007, he earned his Florida builder’s license, expanding his capabilities and laying the foundation for future growth.
In 2009, he launched Heritage Family Builders, steadily building the company while continuing in commercial construction until 2018, when he transitioned full-time to focus on its success. Today, he brings over two decades of experience to every project, with a reputation for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and a client-focused approach.
Isaiah Walker
The project manager
Isaiah, the Construction Project Manager at Heritage Family Builders, was introduced to the trade at an early age, growing up around job sites and learning firsthand from his father, Tim. From helping with small tasks to observing the flow of a project, he developed a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, organization, and the importance of doing things right the first time.
Since graduating, Isaiah has committed himself full-time to Heritage Family Builders, bringing a sharp, detail-oriented approach to every project he manages. His hands-on background and natural attention to detail allow him to ensure each phase of construction is executed with precision, helping deliver consistent, high-quality results for clients.
